• All Returns from the week are processed on a Friday, and exchanges will be dispatched on the following Monday (except on Bank Holidays and Public Holidays

• Please return items to our warehouse within 28 days of receipt.

• For both exchanges & refunds, you will need to pay the return postage cost back to our warehouse (International Returns may cost more) We are not able to offer Free Returns or refund any postage costs.  

• Please complete the returns card you received with your order (this is on the reverse of your invoice) to help us correctly process your items. If you have misplaced the returns card - please email us for a replacement at hi@starkersgroup.com.

• Online refunds will be made to the same source in which we received your order IE Paypal / Apple pay / Google pay as per the original transaction - we are unable to refund to any other source. 

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the swing tags attached.  We will then process this as a refund. If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, we will not issue a refund and we will return the products to you. 

• Where Briefs and Bodies have hygiene stickers, this must be intact, and in place when the garment is returned. 

• Please note : Brand X Bodystockings and Toys are NON-RETURNABLE for hygiene reasons, unless faulty - please email us to discuss at hi@starkersgroup.com

• If products(s) are returned soiled, without hygiene stickers, or swing tags, then we reserve the right to refuse to refund. 

• If you have received a faulty item, please email us at hi@starkersgroup.com and we will resolve this for you! 

Please include the returns form sent within your parcel.

Exchange Terms  
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of the date you received your order. 

An exchange will be processed once we receive back the original order, please clearly indicate which size you would like to exchange to. We will then send your new garment to you within 5 working days, if we do not have the size you have requested in stock, we will automatically refund you for the returned items.
